Blair’s passion for human movement, health and well-being was sparked as a young competitive gymnast. Blair completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McGill University in 2010 to gain a foundation of knowledge in human kinetics. It was there that she became fascinated with the human body. She then completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. Through her clinical experience, Blair has had the opportunity to treat a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Blair utilizes a treatment approach that combines manual therapy, exercise and education to help clients recover from injury and meet their goals.
Blair is eager to further develop her skills and knowledge and continue to grow as a therapist. She has completed courses in Soft Tissue Release and Basic Taping. Blair is looking forward to completing advanced courses in Manual and Manipulative therapy and oncology rehabilitation.
In her spare time you can find Blair in the kitchen baking, planning a new trip around the world, and spending time with her family. Blair has been to over 25 countries and can’t wait to continue crossing things off her bucket list!
