Dr. Sarah’s passion is facilitating optimal health for the whole family. After completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Sarah moved to Portland, Oregon where she graduated summa cum laude from the University of Western States with a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. Her unique education and experience allows her to provide optimal and balanced care.
Dr. Sarah is an active member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is certified in and Webster Technique – a chiropractic technique to balance the pelvis and relieve muscular and ligamentous tension during pregnancy – and in CranioSacral Technique. Sarah enjoys treating patients and promoting wellness in all stages of life by developing individualized care plans that utilize specific chiropractic and soft tissue techniques, exercises, and nutritional recommendations. She also believes that patient education and empowerment are key ingredients to wellness.
A recent British Columbia transplant, Sarah is enjoying the new scenery, abundance of hot yoga studios, and the general appreciation of hockey. In her free time, you can find her writing blogs, crafting, and exploring the outdoors of beautiful British Columbia.
