What to Expect at Honey + Garlic When You Have an ICBC Claim

We will need to know your claim number, the date of your car accident, and, if available, your adjuster’s name and contact information (don’t worry if you don’t have the adjuster’s info).

At Honey + Garlic, we can directly bill ICBC on your behalf for all of our therapies!

As part of their new streamlined procedure, ICBC requires the therapist from whom you receive treatment to provide ICBC with any or all of the following:

  • An assessment, progress and/or reassessment report

  • Discharge report

  • Treatment plan

These reports/plans will include information such as:

  • The therapist’s clinical physical findings and objective measures

  • Functional goals of treatment

  • Treatment modalities and plans

  • Anticipated or potential discharge dates

For more information regarding these reports, please feel free to ask your therapist. These reports/plans are required for any extension requests once your claim has reached the end date or the number of authorized sessions.
